Refund & Cancellation Policy:

   Due to the nature of our specialized paranormal services, please note the following:

• All bookings must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
