Meet Our Team:
Derek Scott Graves
Founder/ Director of Agent Services
With over 25 years of experience in New York City’s entertainment and fitness industries, Derek relocated to New Orleans in March of 2019, where he immersed himself in NOLA's vibrant culture, working annually with JazzFest and French Quarter Festival. Then in April 2025, he officially rebranded and relaunched the agency, marking a fresh beginning after a legacy built with his late father, Robert Earl Graves II (dba DSG Entertainment Group).
Derek’s professional journey started with DSG Entertainment Group, which he co-founded in 2010 alongside his first business partner, Natalie Capuozza. His unique approach blends creative strategy, public relations, and a dash of the supernatural.
Proving his entertainment industry prowess, Mr. Graves was lauded several times over his career, for his expertise in many facets of the entertainment industry. He received an International Dance Music Award for Best Record Label Promoter In-House @ the 2005 Winter Music Conference IDMAs in Miami Beach FL. He was nominated for the same award in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
More recently, Mr. Graves was nominated & inducted into the Marquis Who's Who Biographical Registry for 2022: Inducted for notable professional achievements and contributions to the entertainment industry. In the year 2024, Mr. Graves was nominated to be induced with the International Association of Top Professionals - Music Industry Professional
From the City of Angeles to The Big Apple, and now based out of the French Quarter in New Orleans, Derek continues to lead with passion, integrity, and an open mind to the paranormal and beyond.
Mr. X, Esquire
Director of Client Services & Retention
Few details are known about Mr. X, and that’s by design. With a career forged in the shadows of both corporate consulting and occult strategy, Mr. X has advised organizations where discretion is not a perk but a necessity.
Before aligning with Graves and Graves Agency, he is rumored to have worked behind the scenes for high-profile clients in law, finance, and even international diplomacy, all while pursuing his personal studies in esoteric traditions. His expertise lies in navigating the liminal space where business acumen meets the arcane, ensuring contracts are airtight, client relationships endure, and unseen risks are quietly neutralized.
At G’A’G’A’, Mr. X serves as the agency’s invisible architect of trust and structure, guiding operations with a careful hand while remaining largely out of sight. Those who do meet him rarely forget the experience, though details of such encounters tend to fade into whispers.
