Terms of Service for Talent (Mystics, Performers, Providers):

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship as a talent (“you,” “your”) with Graves and Graves Agency (“GAGA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Representation and Booking

  • GAGA acts as a facilitator for bookings between you and clients. You remain an independent contractor.
  • You agree to provide services professionally, ethically, and in accordance with any agreements made.

3. Fees and Payment

  • GAGA may collect fees or commissions as specified in separate agreements.
  • You agree to provide accurate payment and tax information as required.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • You are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings or providing timely notice of cancellations.
  • Failure to honor bookings without notice may result in removal from the roster.

5. Conduct and Compliance

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including those governing paranormal services, advertising, and consumer protection.
  • You shall not make false claims or guarantees about your services.

6. Confidentiality

  • You agree to respect the privacy of clients and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • GAGA may share necessary client information for booking purposes only.

7. Intellectual Property

   You retain ownership of your intellectual property but grant GAGA a limited license to use your name, image, and service descriptions for promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • You acknowledge that GAGA is not liable for any damages arising from your services or client interactions.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GAGA from any claims arising from your actions.

9. Termination

   Either party may terminate this relationship with written notice. GAGA reserves the right to remove talent for cause.

10. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Louisiana and the United States.

11. Amendments
   GAGA reserves the right to amend these Terms. Continued participation indicates acceptance of changes.
